Inserted in the Serra da Estrela region, it combines the green of its forest with the white view of the mountains, which could be the answer for an extended stay, in which nature and the playful and leisure space provide rest and treatment through calm and from water. With an area of ​​approximately 4 hectares, it has an olive grove and a huge variety of other trees, a beautiful stone bridge, with a patio, where women used to wash in the river, waterfall inside the farm. It has three fronts and a water well.

It is located on the side of the national road N17 that connects Celorico da Beira to Coimbra, 15 minutes from the A25 (Celorico or Mangualde).

It has a concrete structure with approx. 3500 m2, with an approved architectural project for a four star hotel:
– 42 rooms with an area of ​​approximately 20 square meters each: 2 family suites, 2 master suites, 36 double rooms and 2 rooms for people with reduced mobility;
– Wellness Center with 400 square meters (SPA with water jets and Gym, and treatment rooms);
– Multipurpose event room;
– restaurant for 120 people;
– bar for 32 people;
– shop for sale of regional products.

The construction is in the concrete structure phase, and it is possible to adapt the project, since the special project has not yet been approved.
