In CBRE’s recent study, Portugal appears for the first time in the TOP 10 ranking of Europe’s most attractive destinations for hotel investment. According to the study, Portugal is in 7th place, not only for the diversity of destinations it has to offer, but also for the quality of service and price competitiveness.
