The real estate market is expected to grow 8% – CBRE
The real estate market is expected to grow by 8% by 2025. The retail and hotel sectors are expected to continue to attract the most investment for the third year running.
The consulting firm CBRE anticipates 29% growth in the hospitality sector in 2025, compared to 22% in 2024.
The dynamism in the sector is attributed to high purchasing power and the increase in higher quality offers, resulting in a 10% increase in revenue compared to the previous year.
The hotel sector should therefore continue to perform well, in line with the substantial growth recorded in 2024.
