Offer Qualification Support Line 2024, reinforced
Turismo de Portugal, together with 12 banks operating in Portugal, signed a protocol that revises and strengthens the 2024 Support Line for the Qualification of the Tourist Offer, a financial support instrument for tourism companies, by 300 million euros.
The Offer Qualification Support Line is a financial support instrument aimed at the requalification, expansion, adaptation and repositioning of the existing tourist offer, and also provides for a new type of investment related to the projects included in the REVIVE Programme and with companies joining the Tourism 360º Companies Programme.
This support measure is aimed at supporting investment projects developed by companies in the tourism sector, especially with a focus on the requalification of tourism assets, through financing under much more favourable conditions and repayment periods.
All the investment projects included in this line, provided they fulfil specific targets to be measured in the third full year of operation, will also be able to benefit from a performance bonus, translated into the conversion of a significant part of the financing component into non-refundable support.
